Kanajar, Jan 16: Kanajar Shree Brahmalingeshwara temple annual festival Kanajar Aayana was celebrated with fervor. The festivities began on Jan 12 with Dhwajarohana and subsequently followed by Nityabali, Mahapooje, Bhootabali, Varasere, Kendaseve, Brahma Mandalothsava, Ratharohana, Srimanmaha Rathotsava, Kere utsava, Kavatodhgatane, Annasantarpane, Mahasamprokshane and Melbanta Pooje.
