Annual Day at Lourdes English Medium School Kanajar

Kanajar, Nov 29: The 5th Annual Day "Samskriti Vaibhava" was celebrated at Lourdes English Medium School Kanajar. The program commenced at 4:00 PM with a prayer song by the choir followed by Power Point presentation of the school Annual Report 2024-2025.

Mrs. Savitha Alva, Project Manager of Planet Mars Foundation graced the occasion as the Chief Guest. The function presided over by school correspondent Rev Fr Harold Pereira. Other esteemed dignitaries included Mr. Stany Saldanha, Vice President of Lourdes church Parish Pastoral Council, Mrs. Fathima Priya Dsouza, PTA president and Master Ethan Dalmeida, SPL. The welcome speech was delivered by nursery teacher Mrs. Mamatha Barboza. The prizes were presented to the winners of the Annual day competitions. The chief guest congratulated the management, principal, staff and students of Lourdes School for organizing the Annual day program. She also emphasized on the duties of the parents and teachers in shaping the student’s future and urged the students to respect their elders and institutions and keep the school flag flying high.
The cultural program followed with the vibrant array of performances by students of class I to X, beautifully illustrated the theme - Samskriti Vaibhava. Each performance showcased the student’s creativity, talents and team work. The cultural events were beautifully compered by Master Ethan DAlmeida, Ms. Preema Saldanha, Ms. Rancia Castelino and Ms. Ashline Mathias.
