KWAK Celebrates Lourdes Fest in Kuwait

Kuwait, Feb 18: Kanajar Welfare Association, Kuwait (KWAK) organized a BBQ party in the celebration of Our Lady of Lourdes, Kanajar fest on Friday 17th Feb 2012 at the Egaila Family Beach, Al Fintaas, Kuwait.

KWAK president Mr. Edward DSouza welcomed the gathered people. KWAK honored the visiting guest Mrs. Lucy Saldanha. Several sports and games were conducted through out the day for children and adults alike. The food was prepared by Mrs. Irene D’Souza and family with help of KWAK members and was served to all gathered people.

KWAK General Secretary Mrs. Charlotte D’Souza proposed vote of thanks. More than 80 Kanajarean family enjoyed the Lourdes Feast.
