Dubai, Apr 28: "It is indeed an honor for me to celebrate Easter with my fellow
parishioners residing in the Emirates. In my last 7 years of service in Kanajar parish, LKAE
members have been celebrating occasions with their loved ones back home and I am really touched
by this unstinted love towards your homeland. I am proud of you all" – Fr. Alwyn said in
his speech. On the 28th of April, over 120 Lourdes Kanajar members & their families came
together to celebrate the joyous occasion of Easter at Dubai’s Al-Mas Hotel.

The program started at 9.00 pm with Fr. Alwyn D’Cunha invoking God’s blessings and Hilda
D’Souza reading prayers of the faithful. A well-known singer cum presenter Dony Correa called
on LKAE president Joy D’Souza to escort the guests onto the dais, mainly Jossy Mathias of Merit
