Kanajar, Aug 14: "Neketr Phanteachem", a cassette/CD collection of Marian devotional
songs in Konkani were released here. The cassette/CD was released by the Vice-President of parish
council Mrs. Mable Nazareth.
The songs collection was produced by Rev. Fr. Alwyn D'Cunha, the parish priest of Kanajar, composed by Fr. Valerian Mendonca, Principal, Pompei College, Kirem and Rev. Fr. Clement Mascarenhas, Principal, St. Sebastian P.U.College, Permannur. Rev. Fr. Denis Castelino, parish priest, Alangar, was present during the occasion. A troupe of children performed a dance to the tune of the hymns.
