Vanamahotsava Day Observed

Kanajar, Jul 3: Kanajarians did their bit for preserving the environment by observing the Vanamahotsava Day. The program was conducted under the auspices of ICYM Kanajar. Tree saplings were planted along the periphery of Lourdes School play ground. Rev. Fr. Alwyn D'Cunha, Mrs. Celestine D?Souza, vice president of parish council, Mr. R. E. Rebello, HM of Lourdes School and sisters from Daughters of Sacred Heart Convent took part in the event along with ICYM members and parishioners.
